AT&T is suspending its data caps to all existing customers for the next 60 days and opening its nationwide Wi-Fi hotspot network at no cost to the public. AT&T is also offering "qualifying limited income households" internet access for $5-$10 per month. Speeds seem low and are varied depending upon your area. Still, better than nothing at all if nothing else is available in your area. Application and approval is necessary.
